It was a great project for myself and my wife Maureen who built it between ourselves, not bad for people in our 70s.

We are so pleased with it! It was quite a big task building it ourselves, but so worth it as it has saved us so much money and we have our ideal conservatory now, rather than having to settle for an average one due to the costs that would have been involved with having a company supply and build.
We will definitely recommend your company to any friend or family member who are thinking about getting a conservatory.

If you can build meccano, you can build this and much more fun too. Over 5 metres by 2.6 metres, everything well packed and 90% a one person build, good instructions and an even better video. During construction we had a new back door fitted to the house and our installer said the panels were the same quality as their much more expensive conservatories.
We use ours to house the hot tub so it is used all year round and reduces the running costs. I would recommend this firm to anyone wanting a conservatory and the only connection I have to the firm is being a satisfied customer. N.B. you have to build the conservatory around the tub!! Mr D Watson

Here are some pictures of our conservatory bought from your company and built by myself. Every stage was completed by myself single handed, so it can be done. I only encountered a few minor hiccups which were easily overcome.
The internal windowsills are made from UPVC fascia. The inside wall surface is Contiboard inset with Black Chrome electrical sockets. The Roof lights consist of two triple spotlight bars in Black Chrome, these are fitted with six 6watt GU10
Cob LED Warm light spotlamps 36watts in total, amazing lights. This is my favorite room.

I had dealings with Direct Conservatories 4U over a number of months as another building project progressed at our house. Queries were handled with great efficiency, understanding and politeness while advice was practical and appreciated.

With the order placed, communication remained excellent and delivery took place as arranged with all parts having been well-wrapped for the journey and smaller components clearly labelled.. The next day a family team of four set to and completed most of the construction on a prepared dwarf wall base within seven hours leaving sealing, gutters and downspouts to be added later. Instructions were clear and well-illustrated while access to the online videos showing each stage of work was a real bonus.

The end result is excellent and presents a quality image. Visitors to the house have been impressed and we are delighted.

I am writing this in response to seeing other comments from other satisfied customers. We purchased one of your conservatories a few years ago and I have to say it was the best room in the house, it was so simple to put up and was the warmest home in the house, we lived in it!
We have now moved home and are just in the process of buying another Conservatory from you as we were sad to leave the last one. For anyone looking to buy a conservatory we cannot recommend you enough, the Durabase system puts a lot of people off but I cannot fault them, the modular wall sections are also excellent and water tight, and give you the ability to run services with ease through them, we also used a good insulation materiel in the walls!
can wait to order our new one in 4 weeks time!
I have to add also that the service is excellent and everything arrives in a project management fashion, plans, followed by the base, followed by the conservatory!
